RESET UK 2026

Booking Terms

Clear terms for reserving your RESET UK 2026 place.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Your booking

RESET UK 2026 takes place at De Vere Latimer Estate from 16 to 18 October 2026. A place costs £500. Your reservation is confirmed only after RESET receives a successful payment through the secure checkout.

Ways to pay

  • Pay £500 in full when you reserve your place.
  • Pay a £100 deposit, then complete the £400 balance manually through your private payment link.
  • Where available, authorise two automatic £200 balance payments on 1 August and 20 August 2026. RESET sends a reminder before each scheduled charge.

Payment deadline

Every outstanding balance must be paid by 23:59 UK time on 1 September 2026. After this point, the payment link closes and unfinished payment plans cannot be completed online.

Cancellations and refunds

The initial £100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after paying more than £100, RESET will refund the amount paid above £100. If RESET cancels the retreat, RESET will refund all payments received, including the £100 deposit.

To request a cancellation or discuss a payment-plan issue, email info@myresetworld.com using the email address on your booking.

Automatic-payment authorisation

By choosing the automatic instalment option, you authorise RESET to charge the card used for your deposit for the two stated £200 payments. You may cancel future automatic payments by contacting RESET before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling future payments does not change the £100 non-refundable deposit rule.

RESET Egypt 2027

RESET Egypt 2027 runs from 1 to 8 May 2027 across Sharm El Sheikh and Cairo. The available packages are Silver (£2,600, £500 deposit), Gold (£3,200, £800 deposit), and Diamond (£4,800, £1,000 deposit).

The final Egypt payment deadline and its cancellation and deposit-refund terms must be confirmed by RESET before live Egypt payments are opened. Those approved terms will be shown to every guest before payment.

Your statutory rights

These terms explain the RESET UK 2026 booking process and do not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification.
