Information we receive
When you contact RESET or reserve a place, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, country, retreat intentions, booking reference, payment-plan status, and the contents of your message. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; RESET does not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage retreat reservations and payment plans, send booking updates and reminders, prevent misuse of the website, and meet record-keeping obligations.
Services that help us operate
We use carefully selected service providers to host the website, store reservation records, process payments, and send email. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Zoho Mail. They process information only as needed to provide their services to RESET.
Keeping information safe
We use access controls and trusted service providers to protect booking data. No system can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through a general contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as needed to manage the relevant relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve issues, and maintain appropriate records. We then delete or anonymise it where practical.
Your choices and questions
You can ask about the personal information RESET holds about you, request a correction, or ask us to review a deletion request by emailing info@myresetworld.com. Rights can vary according to your location and applicable law.
