Booking Terms

RESET UK 2026 takes place at De Vere Latimer Estate from 16 to 18 October 2026. A place costs £500. Your reservation is confirmed only after myRESETworld receives a successful payment through the secure checkout.

New reservations for RESET UK 2026 are a one-time payment of £500 in full. Deposit and instalment options are no longer offered for new bookings.

Reservations close at 23:59 UK time on 30 September 2026. After this point, new bookings cannot be made online and unfinished payment plans cannot be completed online.

The initial £100 deposit is non-refundable, in line with the Payment, Deposit & Booking Transfer Policy. If you cancel after paying more than £100, myRESETworld will refund the amount paid above £100. If myRESETworld cancels the retreat for reasons within our reasonable control, myRESETworld will refund all payments received, including the £100 deposit.

To request a cancellation or discuss a payment-plan issue, email info@myresetworld.com using the email address on your booking.

If you already reserved with a £100 deposit before this change, that deposit remains non-refundable and you should complete any remaining balance through your private payment link by 23:59 UK time on 30 September 2026. Automatic instalments already authorised continue as agreed unless you contact myRESETworld to cancel future charges.
